Full boiler replacement in a 1960s semi-detached. Old back boiler removed, new Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 30kW combi installed in the kitchen cupboard with full system flush and magnetic filter.
Full plant room fit-out featuring a Vaillant boiler, pressurisation unit, expansion vessel, and extensive copper pipework. All pipework run, soldered, and pressure-tested to the highest standard.
Full ASHP retrofit replacing an ageing gas combi. Mitsubishi Ecodan 8.5kW installed with new 210L hot water cylinder, two radiator upgrades, and £7,500 BUS grant applied on the customer's behalf.
Oil boiler decommissioned and replaced with a Vaillant aroTHERM Plus 7kW ASHP. New underfloor heating loop on the ground floor, oil tank removed, and full MCS certification issued.
New-build plant room fit-out including pressurised system, underfloor heating manifolds across three zones, Worcester Bosch boiler, and full controls commissioning.
Full bathroom refit in a period townhouse. Marble-effect porcelain tiles, bespoke navy vanity unit, walk-in shower with rainfall head, and heated towel rail. Completed in 8 days.
Contemporary bathroom featuring a curved gold-framed shower enclosure, inset bath, and full tiling. All plumbing, tiling, and electrical work carried out by our team.
